  • Disable any third-party antivirus software on your computer and check whether the issue is resolved. Also, disable the Windows Firewall.
  • For a wireless connection, make sure to connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • For a USB connection, connect the printer and computer directly and avoid using a hub or switch.
  • For an Ethernet connection, check whether the network cables are connected properly. Replace the cables if they are defective.
  • You need to connect the network cable to the modem and fix the other end to the WAN port on your router.
  • Connect another network cable to the LAN port on your router and fix the other end to your computer.
