Launch the SAP Easy Access window and click the System tab.
Select the User Profile option followed by the Own Data option.
After you click the Defaults tab, navigate to the Spool Control section and type LOCAL in the Output Device field.
Select the checkbox next to the Print Immediately option.
Make sure to remove the checkmark beside the Delete After Output option on using how to setup a local printer in SAP procedure.
The Save icon is located at the upperend of the screen. Click the Save icon to save and apply all the settings.
Now, you can use the same printer that is installed on the Windows computer to perform the printing function from SAP.

First, ensure that you have fully completed the initial hardware setup of the printer.
Check if the printer is powered up. If not, hold the Power button to turn it on.
Go to the Windows computer, navigate to the Start menu and select the Devices and Printers option.
If you have already set your printer as default, it will appear on the screen.
Note: You can see the printer icon in the Printers and Faxes section.
If it doesn’t appear,click the Add a Printer button and select the Add local printer option.
Proceed with the prompts that display on the screen to add the printer tothe Windows computer.
