Epson Connect Printer Setup

Epson connect is a utility for Epson printers, through which you can print and scan from your smartphones, tablets, or computer. With the Epson connect utility, you can print and scan from almost anywhere within the same network. You can mail your files to your printer’s unique mail address for automated printing. Epson Connect Setup

  • Complete the initial setup of your printer (unpack, install ink cartridges, and load paper)
  • Connect it to the network to access your printer from a computer. You need an Internet connection to use your Epson Connect printer setup utility, and you cannot use Wi-Fi Direct or Ad Hoc connection.

For New registration

  • To register and create a user account on Epson connect utility, download and install the Epson Connect printer setup utility from Epson’s official website.
  • Launch the Epson Connect utility on your computer.
  • Turn on and keep your printer loaded with the paper.
  • Open the app and search for the printers.
  • From the list of printers, choose your printer and click on Next.
  • Choose Printer’s Registration and click on Next.
  • Now, the License Agreement page will appear. Read them and if you agree with that, click on Agree and click on Next.
  • The printing confirmation screen will be displayed; click on Next.
  • Follow the on-screen step-by-step instructions, enter the required information on the user account registration screen, and click on the Finish button.
  • When you complete the registration process, the registered printer starts to print the setup information sheet. You will also be intimated with the email notification.
  • Now, you can start using the Epson Connect service.

To register additional printer

  • If you already have a user account and would like to add yet another printer to Epson Connect, download and install the Epson Connect Printer setup utility from Epson’s official support page. Launch the app on your computer.
  • Until the user registration screen appears, follow the steps mentioned above.
  • Once you get into the User registration page, click on the I already have an account option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions, enter your information, and click on Add.
  • Now the newly registered printer starts to print the setup information screen, and you will also receive a notification message in your registered mail id.
